Appraisals – we are now providing appraisals for your personal property. Our appraisals prices are based on the value of similar property actually sold in the region that are in similar condition. Note: you can not rely on Marketplace or internet prices because you never actually know what the item sold for, just what price they were marketed. Everyone wants their property to be sold at retail price but you need to consider the age, condition and other conditions that affect the value.
